I cannot recommend powweb. Website was down every single day. Always just for a few minutes, but it was down!
When powweb accused me to sent spam email I canceled. I did not sent spam. I sent a monthly newsletter to subscribers. One of them complained to powweb instead of just clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. They shut down my page until I realized it and contacted them what's going on. This behavier is rediculous.
